I started my knife making journey in 2013 and always had a passion for handmade precision equipment, whether it be machinery, rifles or knives.
Over the years I have explored different styles ranging from edc, daggers, choppers but lately I have taken inspiration from Japanese designs such as gyuto kitchen knives or tantos.
Youtube videos have been a great resource but pitching my blades against our local makers who set a very high standards, has ultimately helped me to produce a quality knife with excellent weight, grinds and handle ergonomics.
I exhibited at the 2021 Durban Easter Knife Show (DEKS) where I had several chef knives on offer. It was a great experience speaking and listening to local makers to further dial in my fit and finish.
